Very good background

I let it play, while multi tasking and 3 minutes in, I realized that there was music playing, so as far as background music goes, it gets a 5.

Lil' empty.

I think the guitars sound a bit too harmonized and I feel like there's a lack of any lead guitar.

I think some work with filter cutoffs with the lead would work really well at 1:37.

+ don't think that way, my FIRST song is on here, titled Hell I Know (or something like that..) and that was terrible! But after much accumulated practice, I have increased my knowledge and ability.
