[DnB Part 5]

Too fast

I didn't like the arp, but the other instrument worked pretty well. I'd raise the pitch on it, but it sounds like it works. I think the main problem is that the instruments are going too fast.

Rhythm needz a fixin'

I believe that the rhythm piano needs fixing. It seems to be a bit too repetitive. I understand that it's a loop, and for what it is, I can't complain, it's probably on its fifth loop now and I'm just barely getting tired of it.

Anyway, like I already said, I think the rhythm is too repetitive.

Because I do not know technical music terms very well, I am identifying the intro melody that repeats twice before the main melody comes in as the rhythm.

ya its a simple tune, but i didnt write it its from the game, so if its repadative it wasnt me lol.

i remade it by ear, that was my goal, another version i will work with and spice it up.

generic review

Nothing special, but very far from bad.

Fits right in with the trance I listen to on the radio occasionally. CommonOddity is right though, that voice does stand out.

Doesn't sound like metal to me... but neither does Def Leppard.

Anyway, the song seems to have a lot of potential, and according to a response you posted, you're better now... so why not re-record it?

Gnah...I have other projects to work on, too many to be honest. This song is featured on the front because it has something to do with christmas and has a message. If I'd put it under "easy listening or classic" would have that been better? Would people actually listen to the song then other than complaining about the genre etc.? *sigh*

If the vocals and music don't mix, I wonder why this song is featured in an webby award winning live action movie!?...Teh mystery, teh mystery.

I dont' know why, but the fact that your singing sounds very unprofessional makes it like ten times more awesome.
